Mansfield law firm Hopkins Solicitors have joined forces with Age UK Nottingham & Nottinghamshire to offer free Wills to individuals over the age of 60. Rather than paying a fee to Hopkins, people will be asked to make a donation to Age UK Notts, who will use the funds raised to help vulnerable older people locally and around the country. The scheme begins next month and will run throughout the year.
Andrew Stevenson, head of the Wills Team in Mansfield says "The scheme is not only a great way of ensuring that individuals have the peace of mind that comes with making a Will, it also provides much needed funds to a worthwhile charity."
Individuals over the age of 60 who wish to make a free Will are asked to contact Age UK Nottingham and Nottinghamshire directly who will refer them to local participating solicitors.
