Mansfield law firm Hopkins Solicitors showed their support for Jeans for Genes day on Friday 7 October by swapping their usual shirts, ties and suits for denim. Jeans for genes are a UK children's charity that aims to help children with genetic disorders. All three of the firm's offices participated and in total raised £123.10p for the charity.
Jeans for Genes day organiser at Hopkins Becky Truscott says "I was really pleased with the amount of staff that turned up for work wearing their jeans. Charities like this make a real difference to the children and families of children who have genetic disorders, and every bit of money raised helps them continue with the work that they do."
