Fixed Fee First Appointment
Your first appointment with us will cost you only £90, for this you will have up to an hour with a family law specialist who will discuss your case with you and offer advice, you will also receive a follow up letter confirming the advice that was given to you. If you wish us to carry out any further work following the initial appoinitment, you will be charged at our normal hourly rates.
If you are eligible for legal aid your first appointment and any subsequent advice will be free (providing you bring proof of your eligibility for legal aid to your first appointment).
Collaborative Family Law
Collaborative Law is a new approach to divorce/separation. It allows family lawyers and their clients to agree in writing to reach a settlement without court involvement - helping to minimise the financial and emotional costs of relationship breakdown.We are one of a small number of Nottinghamshire Solicitors who practise Collaborative Law.
