I would like to say thank you so much for taking on my case, it meant a lot that you took everything I said on board and not only listened to me but believed in me. This action was never about any ‘cash rewards’ it was about getting EMAS to finally admit that let my mum down when she needed them the most, being all she had left I simply had to take action. My feelings, getting everything out in the open has been in a way therapeutic and helped me come to terms with what happened. After 4 years this enabled me to finally let mum go and let her rest in peace. I will always be grateful for the kindness and support you have given me during this time.
I just want to say a big thank you to Ross Hubbard. When I first came to see Ross I was nervous and he made me feel at ease and not uncomfortable around him. He was so helpful and explained everything so well. And anything I was confused about or didn’t understand he explained it to me. I definitely recommend Ross to people as I think he does a really good job
