Straight talking and friendly personal injury Partner that is passionate about recovering compensation for her clients

Claire has over 25 years’ experience in the legal sector, starting work as a young adult for a law firm in Nottingham as an Office Junior back in 1995. She later joined a firm in Chesterfield as Legal Executive dealing with motor claims, and then moved onto a national firm of solicitors in Sheffield for 16 years during which she completed her LPC and qualified as a Solicitor.

In 2013 Claire joined the Hopkins Solicitors Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Team in Mansfield. And in 2020, her brilliant claims work and excellent level of client care earned her a promotion to Partner, and is now also Head of our Sutton-in-Ashfield office.

On April 1st 2022, Claire Lowe was appointed as an Equity Partner of Hopkins Solicitors. Claire has been instrumental in moving the department forward in what otherwise could have been quite challenging times. She has demonstrated all of the qualities that the firm is looking for in new Equity Partners by developing expertise and knowledge in existing areas, bringing junior members of staff on and adding to the overall happiness and wellbeing of the firm. This has been carried out with a great understanding of the importance of client care and treating clients, colleagues and everyone she interacts with, with respect and integrity.
