Hopkins are growing and with growth comes new career opportunities!

We aim to seek out the very best legal and support staff to join our team. We recognise that our staff play a vital role in delivering the high level of customer satisfaction that keeps our clients coming back year after year.

Hopkins have been awarded the Investors in People award for over ten years of continued excellence, an accolade not many companies locally, or even nationally can boast!

We are also proud members of LEXCEL, an accreditation that indicates high quality in relation to legal practice management and customer care standards. Upon our recent LEXCEL inspection the accreditor noted, “The firm is very competent in talent spotting, talent management and developing people in line with current and future business needs. A well-considered training plan has been prepared which details the training needs of identified individuals or roles. There is a very strong culture of continuous improvement evident throughout the firm and at all levels.”

We also strongly believe in supporting our local younger generation by taking on multiple Apprentices and Trainee Solicitors, many of which have grown their careers with us over their lifetime.

Hopkins are proud of treating their staff with the same level of respect and trust as we give our clients.
