The Role

You’ll join our growing litigation team, supporting on a varied and interesting caseload across:

  • Contract and commercial disputes
  • Property and landlord & tenant matters
  • Debt recovery and enforcement
  • Employment and professional negligence claims
  • Boundary and neighbour disputes
  • Contentious probate and general civil litigation

You’ll gain hands-on experience while working closely with experienced solicitors in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting fee earners with managing litigation files
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Conducting legal research
  • Preparing bundles and court documents
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
  • Supporting negotiations and case progression
  • Running straight forward pre litigation files under supervision

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A Legal Executive or Paralegal with litigation experience
  • Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
  • A confident communicator with good client care skills
  • Eager to learn and develop within a supportive team
  • Able to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines

Location: Nottingham City Centre

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

End date: 30/06/26

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
