The Role

You’ll join our growing litigation team, handling a varied and interesting caseload across:

  • Contract and commercial disputes
  • Property and landlord & tenant matters
  • Debt recovery and enforcement
  • Employment and professional negligence claims
  • Boundary and neighbour disputes
  • Contentious probate and general civil litigation

You’ll have autonomy, support when you need it, and the opportunity to develop your expertise in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing your own caseload from start to finish
  • Delivering clear, pragmatic advice to clients
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Representing clients in negotiations and hearings
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development and team growth

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A qualified solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Technically strong with solid knowledge of civil procedure
  • Confident managing their own workload
  • A great communicator with excellent client care

Location: Nottingham City Centre

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

End date: 30/06/26

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
