About the Role:

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you’ll handle a wide range of conveyancing matters, from the sale and purchase of residential properties to re-mortgages and leasehold transactions. You will manage your own caseload and will liaise with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals, offering advice and guidance through the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
  • Offering clear, expert advice to clients on various aspects of residential conveyancing.
  • Handling high volumes of work efficiently while maintaining exceptional client service.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Liaising with external parties, including agents, clients, and third-party solicitors.

About You:

  • Experience: At least 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law.
  • Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
  • Organisation: Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and eager to contribute to the team’s success.
