About the Role:
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you’ll handle a wide range of conveyancing matters, from the sale and purchase of residential properties to re-mortgages and leasehold transactions. You will manage your own caseload and will liaise with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals, offering advice and guidance through the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
- Offering clear, expert advice to clients on various aspects of residential conveyancing.
- Handling high volumes of work efficiently while maintaining exceptional client service.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Liaising with external parties, including agents, clients, and third-party solicitors.
About You:
- Experience: At least 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law.
- Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborative and eager to contribute to the team’s success.
