Robert Clark - Hopkins Solicitors

Robert Clarke is local to Mansfield and studied Law (LLB) at the University of Nottingham. He and a Commercial Paralegal for one of the UK’s largest universities. He went on to train as a Solicitor at Browne Jacobson LLP (with experience in professional negligence, corporate real estate, employment law and banking) before joining our Employment Law team in March 2025.

Robert is a pragmatic and responsive solicitor responsible for handling a wide range of employment law matters including all types of employment tribunal claims for both employers and employees; HR support including drafting employment contracts, policies and handbooks, conducting disciplinary/grievance/redundancy processes, advising on TUPE, advising on settlement agreements; and more.

Robert is based at our head office in Mansfield, located at Eden Court, Crow Hill Drive, Mansfield NG19 7AE.
