David Winnett, head of Family Law at Hopkins in Nottingham, provided expert opinion for a recent article in The Guardian, written by columnist Annalisa Barbieri.
David was requested to provide a family law response to a readers problem. The reader was experiencing relationship problems having moved in with their partner, and their two grown up sons.
