Hopkins supports Jeans for Genes
Staff at Hopkins Solicitors left their suits at home today and instead pulled on their favorite jeans in aid of Jeans for Genes Day.
Jeans for Genes Day raises money for Genetic Disorders UK, the charity that aims to transform the lives of children with genetic disorders.
Genetic disorders affect 1 in 25 children in the UK – that’s more than 30,000 babies born each year. Their associated health problems mean that genetic disorders are the biggest cause of death of children aged 14 and under.
The money raised by Hopkins and fundraisers up and down the country goes towards a range of initiatives that improves the quality of life of children and families affected by genetic disorders.
This is the fourth year that Hopkins has supported Jeans for Genes, everyone entered into the spirit of the day and thankfully nobody turned up in double denim!
