Salary: Dependent upon experience

Location: Sutton in Ashfield
Hours: Full Time, Monday–Friday 35 hours per week
Holidays: 21 days + bank holidays + holiday purchase scheme

We’re looking for a Commercial Property Fee Earner to join our friendly, forward-thinking team on a fixed-term basis, with the exciting possibility of something longer-term for the right person.

The Role

You’ll hit the ground running with a varied and interesting commercial property caseload, working alongside a supportive team that’s big on collaboration (not competition).

Your work will include:

  • Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
  • Landlord & tenant matters
  • Commercial leases
  • Refinancing and secured lending
  • Development work and plot sales (where applicable)
  • Title investigations and reporting
  • Client liaison from instruction through to completion

You’ll have autonomy over your files but never feel like you’re on your own. Support is always there when you need it.

What We’re Looking For

We’re open on qualification route. What matters most is your experience, attitude and team fit.

You’ll likely be:

  • A Commercial Property Fee Earner/Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer
  • Experienced in managing your own caseload
  • Commercially aware with strong client care skills
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • A team player who enjoys a positive office culture
