We are seeking an experienced Property Legal Secretary/PA to join our busy and well-established Nottingham city centre office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a law firm, ideally within the property sector, and will be confident supporting fee-earners with a wide range of administrative and client-focused tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality secretarial support to the property team
  • Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and handling telephone enquiries
  • Opening and closing files, conducting Land Registry searches, and dealing with SDLT forms
  • Dealing with Completion Statements and Invoicing
  • Liaising with clients, and other third parties
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard in line with the firm’s procedures

About You

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary within a law firm is essential
  • Experience within a property department is highly desirable
  • Strong typing and document production skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to work
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail is a must

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (1-hour lunch)
