We’re looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal who’s ready to take the next step in their legal career. The Role
You’ll play a key role in our conveyancing department, supporting fee earners on a wide range of residential property transactions. From day one, you’ll be involved in real work that makes a real difference to our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds & transfers of equity
- Drafting legal documents, handling searches, and preparing reports
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
- Managing post-completion tasks like SDLT submissions & Land Registry apps
- Keeping files organised and moving efficiently – no two days are the same!
About You
You’re a self-starter who loves to stay organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll need:
- At least 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing
- A solid understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Strong attention to detail and good time management
- Experience with case management systems
