Hopkins Client Review of the Month – September
We always ask our clients to review our services following the closure of their case, so we can monitor our service standards and discover any areas for improvement.
In September our favourite review was submitted by Mrs Riley, a recent Wills and Probate client, who provided eloquent and heart-warming feedback:
“When I first visited your offices back in early 2010, your compassion and generosity with your time that cold January morning made a difference that is not always immediately obvious. It really made a difference to me, we rarely know how small kindnesses touch peoples lives. Usually the recipient never gets the chance to say thank you. That is why I’m taking this opportunity to say a big thank you to you all. From the staff at both of your offices I received nothing but a human caring face during all of my visits. I will always remember how you all helped me to cope with my distress at that time”
