A Commercial Property Solicitor with a keen eye for detail and passion for property development
Ian graduated from The University of Leicester in 2011 and complete his LPC (legal practice course) at Nottingham Law School. He joined Hopkins in 2014, completed his training contract and qualified as a Solicitor in 2016. Due to his ambition and success Ian became an Associate in July 2020 and four year later in April 2024 he recieved a further promotion to Partner.
Ian is based out of our Eden Court head office in Mansfield, but he has clients across Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas.
Ian works with property developers, large and small, helping them with everything from the initial land purchase to the sale of plots to the new build home buyers. As he is very well versed in first time buyers and with plot sales, he specialises in streamlining this aspect of the investment taking a large burden off the shoulders of the sales managers.
