Abi is a newly qualified Solicitor who joined Hopkins in May 2026 and is based at the firm’s Nottingham City Centre office, where she is a member of the Civil Litigation team.
After completing both her Law degree and the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University, Abi undertook her training contract at a well-established national law firm, where she developed broad experience across a wide range of complex commercial, civil, and property litigation matters, acting for both corporate and private clients in high-value disputes.
Her experience includes advising on contractual claims, regulatory issues, debt recovery, insolvency matters, and property disputes, among others. Abi is experienced in managing procedural aspects of cases and contributing to litigation strategy, as well as supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of a dispute — from initial pre-action advice through to settlement negotiations and trial preparation. She is committed to delivering clear, practical, and commercially focused advice tailored to her clients’ needs.
