Rebecca Jackson

Childcare solicitor with a keen interest to help children and families.

Rebecca is a Childcare Solicitor and joined Hopkins in January 2016. Prior to joining Hopkins she worked at a medium sized firm specialising in Family Law and worked within the public law children and private law children areas of law. After very successfully growing Hopkins care law team, she was promoted to Equity Partner in April 2023. She works out of our Sutton-in-Ashfield town centre office as well as being the lead Partner in our newest office located in Heanor town centre.

Rebecca is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and is accredited to represent children either directly or through their Guardians.

Rebecca specialises in cases involving children and social services involvement. She is accustomed to dealing with cases concerning very serious issues including non-accidental injury, fabricated illness, and sexual abuse.
