Hopkins gets the Help to Buy seal of approval

The Government’s Help to Buy scheme was created to help normal, hard-working people who don’t have ten of thousands of pounds in the bank get onto the housing ladder or move up it.

On Tuedsay September 2nd the Treasury announced that since launch, the scheme has helped more than 48,000 people buy a home, 82% of those being first time buyers.

Hopkins Solicitors are pleased to announce we have been accepted on to the panel of approved Midlands based ‘Help to Buy’ solicitors for conveyancing.

We are particularly delighted as it has been said that the Help to Buy scheme adds an extra layer of complexity to the conveyancing process. The Help to Buy scheme advises all buyers that they must ensure they find a conveyancing solicitor with the highest level of expertise, so this really is a fantastic endorsement for our conveyancing team.

We have always understood that buying a house is likely to be the biggest purchase you will ever make, so we know just how vital it is for you to have a quality and experienced conveyancing solicitors on hand to ensure the experience runs smoothly for you. To have been accepted on the panel after a stringent vetting process is confirmation of what we have known for a long time – our conveyancing team does a fantastic job!
