A caring legal professional who goes out of her way to help her clients find a solution to their family problems
Claire joined the Hopkins Family Law Team as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2022 and is based out of our Mansfield town centre office, and specialises in both private and public children matters and also in domestic abuse matters.
Claire has over 18 years experience in law, which started out at West Notts College studying admin and secretarial administration qualifications. She later undertook additional learning through CILEX for to earn her Legal Executive qualification, and in June 2009 she was admitted as a Chartered Fellow. Claire is also a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Panel, which means in addition to the standared family law modules, she completed modules on private law children and domestic abuse.
When asked why she chose a career in law Claire said:
“It gives me great job satisfaction to achieve the goals my client want.”
I have always lived in Mansfield. I have two boys aged 8 and 5 who keep me busy! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends to include going for walks, bike riding, eating out and going to the caravan which we have at the seaside. I am family orientated and enjoy spending quality family time.
