David Winnett qualified in 1996 and joined Hopkins in 2002 and he is a partner in the Family Law team. He is at our Regent Street office in Nottingham City Centre, and can also see clients (by arrangement) at our Kirkby-in-Ashfield office.
He is a pioneer of Collaborative Family Law, a non-confrontational and thoroughly modern approach to separation and is a Resolution Specialist in Family Law
